Stitch and glue is where to start. Cut plywood panels, stitch with wire, seal with epoxy and fibreglass tape. No moulds, no steam-bending. A jigsaw, drill and mixing containers for epoxy are the main tools. Many builders complete their first boat in a few weekends.
