Refund & Returns Policy
This policy applies to all purchases from Plans for U (plansforu.com). Because every product we sell is a digital downloadable file, the following terms apply.
Digital goods — general rule
Once a plan has been downloaded, the order is generally non-refundable, as the product cannot be returned. We ask you to read the product description carefully and check the format and scope before purchasing.
When we will help
- Download problems: if your download link fails or the file will not open, contact us and we will re-send your file or provide a working copy at no charge.
- Wrong or faulty file: if the file delivered does not match the product description, we will correct it or issue a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the same plan twice, contact us for a refund of the duplicate.
